4 Trafalgar Lawn, Barnstaple, EX32 9BD

Take the 1^st turning off the link road to Barnstaple (at the roundabout as you come into Barnstaple) then go straight over the next two small roundabouts. Take the left fork at the next roundabout (nearly straight on) into Victoria Road, pass two small roads on the left and take the left at the bottom of the road into Newport.  Turn right just after the filling station into Trafalgar Lawn.
